Ang Chee Sia Ong temple celebrated the birthday of Qing Long Ye on 23rd of June. It was a joyous occasion with "Ge Tai" entertainment and performance. In addition, our temple also presented medical funds and education bursaries to various organizations.

This day, 6th of Feb, the temple organised multiple activities which included stage performance with artists singing, dancing and riddle in Chinese and English languages. Apart from performances, there were also scrumptious buffet provided during the event. There were also many prizes to be rewarded during that day through lucky draws by our VIPs, chairman and committee members. Many devotees and people of other racial groups came to join us to celebrate and took part in the activities.

Chu Xi Countdown Celebrations 2012

There were artists demonstrating the art of calligraphy and lion dance performance. On that day 22th Jan, from 11pm to 1am, the Taoist priest led devotees to welcome the God of Wealth and also brought in the "Year of Dragon". There is also countdown party to welcome the year of Dragon. The Guest-of-honour was Mr S Iswaran (Minister, Prime Minister’s Office & Second Minister for Home Affairs & Trade and Industry, and MP for West Coast GRC), and celebrated the Lunar New Year with our temple devotees as he led the executive committee in a prayer for the year ahead. It was an fun and happening day for eveyone in the neighbourhood.

Lantern Festival Celebration 2011

On Friday, 9 September 2011, Mass Lantern Walk was celebration. It was a perfect day for families and friends to come together and soak in the convivial atmosphere of Mid-Autumn Festival. We have entertainment show, free balloons, popcorn, candy floss, food, games and lucky draw. Angbao and goodies bag are given to the senior citizens from Jamiyah Nursing Home. It is a fun filled evening for everyone.
